Our mission is to remove barriers to recovery by connecting people with peer support, transportation, harm reduction resources, reentry services and community-based care - at no cost to the individuals we serve. THRIVE is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (Scott County Thrive Inc, EIN 92-0314925).
In 2025, THRIVE's peer coaches, outreach teams and reentry staff delivered free recovery support across Indiana. Here is what that work added up to.
Unique individuals supported by our community peer recovery coaches, with 2,910 intakes, 5,637 recovery plans and 28,119 total interactions.
Justice-involved individuals supported by our forensic and reentry peers, with 1,545 intakes, 3,162 recovery plans and 378 groups held in county jails.
Life-saving naloxone put directly into the community by our outreach team, plus 1,752 harm reduction and wound care kits.
Lyft rides arranged to remove transportation barriers, so people can get to treatment and recovery support.
Meals offered during street outreach to create space for connection, with 543 people connected directly to a peer recovery coach.

Connect one-on-one with trained peer recovery coaches who bring lived experience and compassionate support. Our free peer services help individuals navigate recovery, identify resources and build a path toward long-term stability.
THRIVE meets people where they are. Our outreach team connects individuals in the community with harm reduction resources, recovery support and services designed to reduce barriers to care.
THRIVE supports individuals impacted by incarceration by connecting them with recovery resources, peer support and community services before and after reentry.
THRIVE provides access to Narcan and overdose-prevention resources as part of our commitment to reducing harm and protecting lives throughout the communities we serve.
Transportation should not be a barrier to recovery. THRIVE helps individuals access transportation and navigate community resources, treatment options and other essential support services.
